visa alla recensionerFirst time trying heated yoga, and it was much harder than I expected. The studio was clean and well-maintained, with shower facilities and a changing area available for guests. The instructor was very accommodating and supportive, especially since it was our first time attending a heated yoga class. She took the time to give us a short introduction and made us feel comfortable throughout the session. I definitely worked up a sweat and left feeling both challenged and accomplished. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and push themselves a little further.

visa alla recensionerFirst time trying this studio and I was impressed. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with dedicated shower, changing, and vanity area. Easily one of the most aesthetic studios I’ve visited. I joined an intermediate class for the first time and it definitely humbled me. The movements looked simple but were much more challenging than expected. I also loved learning new movements I hadn’t tried before. There were a few I couldn’t quite execute yet possibly because I was on Day 2 of my period but the coach was patient, attentive, and supportive throughout. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be booking another class here.
