It’s not like a “hot much can you sweat, be super sore the next day” kind of class, but like we did lots of great shoulder and back stretches, gentle but not easy. Some balance work. I enjoyed the short reading/meditations at the beginning and end. Shiloh was great and I felt so relaxed and happy afterwards!

visa alla recensionerThis is a nice place. Big clean lobby area with room for storing your stuff and friendly receptionist. Grip socks are required and if you don’t have any they have some for purchase. You have to sign a waiver which requires your phone and address. The class was about 12 people. Well equipped studios, equipment is nice condition and clean. The instructor was nice though a little more clear description would be helpful for newer folks. I did a level 1 class and the difficulty was fine. Would come here again especially if I lived closer!
