visa alla recensionerThe candlelit yoga class with Eric was beyond amazing. It’s a great class for anyone. It was only my second time ever going to yoga and so far it was my favorite. The dark environment with the candles and the heat of the room really was such a grounding/relaxing vibe. Eric was such an incredible instructor. I enjoyed it so much that I even felt that emotional release at the end. Eric went around and put ice cold towels on our faces at the end and it was the cherry on top!! Will be going to this every time that I’m able!
