visa alla recensionerCindy's energy/practice is exactly what I needed. I usually do Yin or Restorative. This had more flow/movement but it really was gentle & my body felt so much better/relaxed after class. I felt calm & grounded.

Having taken numerous Pilates classes across Orange County, I can confidently say that Rich stands out among the best. His insightful critiques have transformed the way I approach poses that I’ve been practicing for years. I highly recommend both his classes and this studio, and I look forward to returning regularly.
