The workout followed a clear flow from stretching to legs, abs, arms, and back to stretching. I also appreciated how quiet the class was, as it created a clean and focused environment to fully concentrate on the workout.

Excited to come back and get stronger 💪🏼 If anything, I'm wondering if having the AC and low temperature and high fan speed is needed for a workout class- but if you're not used to this, may want to wear a windbreaker or a hoodie and sweatpants to keep you warm.

She taught us that everyone is different so we must listen to our body. I am not pressured to perform but overall relaxing with the stretches together with sound healing in her class. 💕

Love the class as it really allows one to totally relaxed and feeling so energised after the class. Will be back for more sessions. Love the high ceiling of the room too.

visa alla recensionerThis workout was tough for me as I haven't been to Barre for a long time. really feel the burn! overall a good class and Zelda is nice and encouraging . it was a small class due to some cancellations so it was nice and spacious. I did note that there were lots of mats placed about 1 foot apart which would make it very tight if it was a full class!

The Alignment Yoga I class was excellent and the instructions were clear, though the instructor's voice was a bit soft initially and the entire class would benefit to explain what we are about to do rather than jump straight into it. However, the atmosphere felt slightly unwelcoming as a newcomer; the instructor was noticeably warmer toward regulars than me. A few logistics to note: The "10-minute late" policy feels a bit intimidating, especially since instructors must manually open the studio for night classes. On the plus side, the unmanned QR-code retail concept is unique and efficient. If you're coming for a night session, parking is plenty and easy to find. Might return for the reformer classes!
