She listened to my concerns clearly and also explained the progression of pain over time if untreated or not managed well. She also helped to relieve some upper limb tensed muscles. My chest was sore for the next two days but after that, l felt better - which is amazing as I had struggled with the injury post-bronchitis for 5 weeks.
