Nice, quaint studio and feels very neighborly. Phoebe was very engaging and today’s class was a little tough for me after not doing yoga for over a year! Really appreciate that the studio kept their ac turned on the entire class so it’s not too stuffy and warm.

Attended my first aerial yoga class with Anna and it was amazing and lots of fun. Anna gives clear and precise instructions which was really helpful for a beginner. There are also options for deeper progressions in every pose. The warm-up was tough and while it took some getting used to with the silk/ hammock, Anna was patient and supportive. Lots of fun, definitely will be back again!
