visa alla recensionerLove any class with Santa! I love her ethos in all her classes about focusing on oneself and not comparing to others. It’s a beginner friendly class in that she often gives alternatives, but I might find it difficult if I’d never done yoga before. Also great for more advanced yogis in that it goes back to the basics of what a vinyasa class should be and is great for building strength and balance. She’s been incorporating time for more advanced poses like crow and wheel.

visa alla recensionerLoved the class, you were able to go at whichever pace worked best and push more when you wanted to. The only downside is that the gym closes 15mins after the class so not much time to shower and get changed.

visa alla recensionerAmazing class. Great teacher. Space is big and nice! Room was HOT. Definitely be prepared to stay hydrated throughout the class. I’ve done hot yoga before and still had to take a 5min break cause I did not listen to their recommendations(no eating for 2-3 hours and to make sure you’re hydrated). Highly recommend class and would definitely come again
