The staff members were exceedingly welcoming and friendly and Josie’s class was challenging but the music and atmosphere kept it fun! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend!!

visa alla recensionerColleen was awesome. I took this class as someone who has been practicing yoga for a long time and teaching yoga for a short time. I still found this class to be really beneficial for me and my own practice. She was able to help students of all mobility levels find a pose that was right for them. If you are new to yoga, this would be a really great place to start. If you are not new to yoga, this class would still be really great.
