We did clamshells, donkey kicks, glute bridges etc. Tim was great at explaining how the suit works. Would love to try their other classes!

The exercises were fairly simple - 3 rounds, each round has 4 exercises that we complete 3 sets of - planks, lunges etc. The instructor switched up the exercises with different variations as we went through the sets which made it more fun. Good experience! The pool is quite deep, so if you're not comfortable swimming a little (for set up and when falling into the pool), it might not be a good option for you.
