She would give personalised feedback like "You can try to straighten both legs", "For you, need to use heavier spring" so the class doesn't feel like everyone is simply trying to keep up with the instructor - she takes her role very diligently, breaks down the moves into bite sizes, and I'm happy to say I would be attending more of her classes!
