She said “as long as you’re breathing, you’re doing yoga.” That really helped erase my embarrassment about not being able to keep up and I was able to rejoin the group for the seated poses! :)

I have taken several classes from Yulia at other places, and I was so glad to see her name on Classpass! Her class consists of a brief, yet great message, cardio & strength warm up, flexibility, and relaxation (her voice smooths you); it has everything I need. I haven't found any other instructor in Atlanta like her. Highly recommend!

It’s also nice that she walks around the room in a large studio instead of only being in the front row, this is one of the most beautiful studios I’ve ever been in

visa alla recensionerThe last time I did yoga was about 3 years ago, and this class was a lovely return back into it. Meric is so kind and helpful. She has an aura that gives you peace as you enter the class. The space is clean and calming. There is also a salt therapy room that looks amazing and unlike something I’ve seen in a yoga studio. I plan to visit this studio again, and book a salt therapy session on the studio’s website!
