visa alla recensionerThis was the most difficult class I’ve tried on ClassPass yet. I would say if you haven’t tried many Pilates classes before you may want to a few before coming here just because it’s fast paced and a lot different from classical Pilates. I’m thinking this may be along the lines of lagree Pilates. If you are looking for a challenge this is it! I couldn’t keep up but loved that Kendall doesn’t make you feel pressured to get it absolutely right or do more than you can handle. Definitely looking forward to returning! Also the play list was 🔥

visa alla recensionerThis was my first time taking a class at solidcore but second Pilates class ever and it was great. Definitely intense, left the class very sweaty and with wobbly legs but also feeling great. Coach Barbie was amazing my session was a full but she still took the time to go around adjusting and helping us with the movements ensuring we get the most out of our workout. This wasn’t a beginner class but as a beginner I loved it because it pushed my body to a point it’s never been before. If you’re thinking about taking this class I would definitely recommend you sign up!

Only issue was I sometimes had difficulty understanding Kerrie on the mic, but otherwise it was the perfect way to start my day before eating all the Halloween candy tonight!!

visa alla recensionerI never write reviews for large group classes but had to this time because our instructor was the best I've ever had throughout my experience at Solidcore. He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done. He had such amazing energy and attitude and I wish I could take his classes more regularly. Definitely recommend him for anyone especially if you're new to solidcore.

The stretching was perfect and I like that she really focused on long holds, so many instructors don’t understand the importance of stretching to make it actually impactful.

Also I feel students should have to wear something on their feet and not be barefoot, it feels unsanitary for people to put their feet through the straps as that surface isn’t easily cleaned with the cloth and spray we use at the end of class and overall having your barefoot on the machines.

I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

visa alla recensionerI really liked Ashley’s teaching style and emphasis on form. She reminds me of Emily Calhoun in the best way. I also liked her music. I didn’t love her routine- I felt like we could have held the moves for longer and had longer oblique and leg series. There was a girl in the class though who didn’t do any crunching (maybe due to pregnancy?) which was super annoying so that’s something for SLT to consider as a policy since if you’re going to do your own thing for 30% of the class why bother coming?
