visa alla recensionerI love Rachel’s energy and her classes achieve that really nice balance between being challenging and relaxing. She also plays the singing bowl and incorporates chanting in a very soothing way.

I felt fully confident that the rigging could take my weight and was so excited to be able to fully participate in the class. Aileen was a great instructor and kept checking in on me and gave me adjustments. I will def be back to get stronger!

This was so relaxing and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do in this class. I also loved how I was guided in such a soft way! Thank you Gena! (I hope that’s how you spell it)

visa alla recensionerGreat instructor. Clear instructions, positive welcoming relaxed atmosphere. The studio is very nice, and the location is great. I did not expect handstands in this level, but it was not a problem that I couldn’t do that part. It was good to try. But I was expecting a more basic flow at this level, that’s why I chose it. I will most likely come back, as it was still a great class, especially after work. Challenging enough, but not too challenging.

Komal is a lovely instructor, she checks in and helps make room with the studio gets full, and answers any questions at the end of class. Her voice is very calm and soothing. Love that each yoga class ends with a 3 ohms and a cleansing sound.
