I loved the way she explained everything and honestly just has a very therapeutic presence to her. Extremely upbeat, positive, and motivational. Or low impact intensity. Definitely burned a couple classic pilates moves. Felt bit more lower/upper weight work out. Gia was subbing. 3lbs weights, resistance band, ring, and block. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I felt so refreshed by the end of class. I’d definitely recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled in and acclimated. Highly recommend! I already have my next class scheduled!
