During class, Lamia noticed that I was ready for a challenge and she helped me level up and get there. That just shows you how much attention she pays to her clients. I felt seen and she’s probably one of the kindest people ever! Can’t wait to take her class again.

I loved the way she explained everything and honestly just has a very therapeutic presence to her. Extremely upbeat, positive, and motivational. I did look like I dipped right out of the ocean after class but loved it 😂

She is smooth with her transitions, great with correcting form, and gives you a challenge with working all those tiny muscles!!! I will always attend a class with Paige. She also radiates the sweetest energy ❤️

Her prenatal/postpartum classes are tough in their own way but I learn so much from them. She’s great at giving cues and so easy to follow. I’m trying to take every one of her classes at coremotion! visa alla recensionerFantastic!! I loved the variety of movement and very relaxed setting. Felt like we were just hanging out but also got a great work out in. This is not the dark lights and loud music kind of pilates. The owner was teaching a private class just a few machines over which was not distracting at all (truly barely noticed) but just something to note when you’re booking a private class that the instruction is private and catered towards you but the space might be shared. I will absolutely be booking again!

Or low impact intensity. Definitely burned a couple classic pilates moves. Felt bit more lower/upper weight work out. Gia was subbing. 3lbs weights, resistance band, ring, and block.
