She had clearly put thought into the flow and the theme of the class, and I got some tips for ways to use bricks in various ways. I felt all nicely loosened out afterwards. The studio is clean and bright, with good quality Manduka mats and a lovely atmosphere. I also did Ashtanga with Manon despite my lack of French, and she was excellent too! I would love to attend again if I visit Montpellier in the future.

I really appreciate the structure of her classes and the variety of exercises she offers, which always make me break a sweat and leave me feeling strong by the end of the class. I also love the Sol studio, which is clean and comfortable, and a big bonus is the availability of showers and fresh towels!

Even though I am not new to yoga, it was a good experience to revisit the basic yoga postures and checked if I did it correctly with good alignment. The space of the studio was well organized. The class was a bit bigger than other studio I have tried but Jessina and Sophia engaged everyone well. Will come back to try other classes.

She planned the flow well and gradually increased intensity that match our energy level that she helped prepared us and warmed up during the early part of the class. I really liked how she also assisted and adjusted our alignment. The quick aroma massage she gave made my stiff neck and shoulders relieved. Really appreciated .
