visa alla recensionerRosanna’s class was the most challenging sculpt class I’ve done (in a good way) - I burned twice the amount of cals I usually do! Incredible workout. Although for someone who’s been doing corepower sculpt for years, this sequence was unusually hard on the knees - I’ve never had knee pain before so wanted to call that out. I’d say doing the jumping lunge mountain climbers 4 different times was a bit overkill but loved everything else!!

I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

So excited she has opened a studio in OC. Great music and flow in a positive, enthusiastic environment. She and her team teach to the most advanced in the room so may be best for those with prior mat or reformer experience but instructors are always happy to modify or work with clients privately. I came in around 3 thinking there wouldn’t be a class going on since that is what I said on Class pass to come around that time for quite time but as soon as I arrived a class was starting and I had to blast the TV. The shower were available in the shared restroom and lockers as well. I wouldn’t return at this time though.

Pressure wasnt too hard not soft so the option I chose was perfect. I forgot the employees names but me and my partner received massages from Tina and Nina which I hope I am correct. But overall it was great, we ordered 90 minute massages and the massages met that time limit which of course is a plus. Will be coming back in the near future!
