visa alla recensionerGreat class this morning! Room was the perfect temp, cues were fantastic, movements were fast paced but not unmanageable, music was fab. Will definitely be back - perfect way to start the morning with a little sweat and movement!

I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶
