The only personal note I’d add is that at times the voice felt a bit loud for me and I tend to stay more focused with a slightly softer tone, even though I understand the intention was to motivate the group.

I always leave feeling like I’m floating. 🤍 The Yin practice itself is always gentle, and Jane regularly introduces readings, poetry and music, complimenting the poses in a subtle way and always around a wider theme that is weaved throughout the practice. The environment is so calm, and Jane’s teaching is so thoughtful.

Her soft tone is comforting and reassuring. She patiently corrects posture and positioning when necessary.. For me some elements of her sessions are challenging, but I feel that I have already made progress after just a couple of sessions, so I look forward to making more progress with more sessions. Some challenging positions for a beginner like myself, but the instructor, Gail, was really attentive and took extra time with each of us to make sure we were comfortable with the movements and not overstretching. The Yin pace was very relaxing after a long day, and the meditative vibe left us coming away rejuvenated and at peace.
