visa alla recensionerReally fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

visa alla recensionerThis was my first Zumba class, and I had such a fun time! The music was great, the beats kept you moving, and the whole class had such an upbeat, positive vibe. Instructor Alma was incredible! She’s a fantastic dancer, brought great energy to the class, and made it easy to just smile, have fun, and keep moving. The full hour absolutely flew by! I also really appreciated the attached parking lot, which made getting there super easy, especially since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The only thing to be aware of is that the class was advertised as Zumba & Strength, but the class I attended ended up being a full 60 minutes of Zumba/dance with no strength portion. I enjoyed the dancing so much that I honestly didn’t mind at all, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you’re specifically looking for the strength component. Overall, such a fun experience and a great way to kick off the week. You really can’t beat starting your Monday with good music, dancing, and a workout that doesn’t even feel like an hour!

She is a master and brought out the best in my dance. Most of the class was taught in a foreign language but I could still keep up and I didn’t mind at all.
