This was my first hot yoga class and while it was challenging - I left feeling accomplished and fresh (ironic given all the sweat but you’ll get it if you try this class!). Dray keeps the energy high and helps you focus throughout this very hot journey. Would definitely recommend - I’m absolutely coming back for this great class. As others have mentioned - try to get there as early as you can! Dray’s classes fill up fast, especially his Friday 5:45pm class.

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.
