visa alla recensionerAlyssa was so sweet and welcoming! It was a small group, so she was able to teach and focus on making sure techniques were proper. As someone new to the class, she paid even more attention to me and I appreciated her time and knowledge! This is not a high pressure, intimidating place, but rather a place where someone new to working out or an experienced person would fit in. This class focused on stretching and strength training, some cardio and core training so a little bit of both.

The instructor Natalie was amazing—super helpful, corrected form when needed, and somehow made me feel comfortable while I flailed around like a weird earthworm on a pole attempting a rainbow kick. However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.
