He genuinely takes the time to understand each person’s preferences and adapts class routines accordingly, ensuring everyone feels included. He is great about preparing us for challenging workouts by giving us a heads-up when he introduces more intense exercises in between. His clear instructions let’s us stay focused and he will always cue 4-8 bars prior it starts, best to keep at the current combos while he explains to keep up with the momentum and burn. The combinations in his classes strikes a perfect balance between power and speed, which allows adjustments based on your fitness targets. Great class, great vibe, try this out to elevate your game.
