She also had a great mix of music, Britney Spears track always welcomed! :) She also spoke enough before and during the class, nothing overwhelming or too cheesy, which some instructors tend to do. Not just in terms of managing the difficulty (between advanced and beginner) but also gender differences (definitely was not as fit as the men, haha). He taught us the fundamentals of boxing and made sure we had fun! Do be prepared for a total sweaty workout even as a beginner (given that you push yourself to the limit)!

She explained everything clearly, took the time to help me with my jabs and stance (since I’m a beginner), she was really patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable, correcting me along the way. The class itself was a mix of core work, cardio, and technique. It was challenging but fun. There was another class member who was more experienced, but Coach Keana made sure we all worked at our own pace, so no one felt held back or rushed. I’ll definitely be back!
