Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! She doesn’t throw every detail at us at once—instead, she breaks the combo down, builds things up gradually, and always pointing our mistakes out. It's so much easier to digest and improve with her help, and i can really tell how much effort she puts in teaching. Will definitely be back!

Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

Teacher Meggy was so kind and patient. She made sure to adjust the poses depending on what we could handle, which made the class feel comfortable and beginner-friendly. I also loved how she made the session fun while still giving us a good stretch and workout.
