I expected the heat to be more intense though, but it felt more like working out in a room with no AC/fan. Wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but something to note for people looking for something more similar to a Hot Sculpt class!

He’s also so funny and clearly loves what he’s doing, which made the class even more enjoyable. 💗 My classmates were also so kind and patient with me hehe. She doesn’t throw every detail at us at once—instead, she breaks the combo down, builds things up gradually, and always pointing our mistakes out. It's so much easier to digest and improve with her help, and i can really tell how much effort she puts in teaching. Will definitely be back!

Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

She’s incredibly talented, passionate, patient, and attentive, with a strong emphasis on detail and technique.
