visa alla recensionerTried the Pole Play class at The Slink Room and had such a great time! I’ve never done anything like this before, but it was both fun and a great workout. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure no one was left behind. The class atmosphere was super supportive and everyone was cheering each other on, which made it really comfortable as a beginner. We did pole spins and some floor work, and everything was easy to follow. I had so much fun I’m already thinking about getting a pole at home to practice. I’ll definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerThe Instructor was great! She teaches the basic moves and then progresses to short routines and an aerial spin. Make sure you get the poles in the middle of the studio, the ones in the corners can get a little cramped. Song choices are nice as well.
