visa alla recensionerI loved this class! Grace was so kind and welcoming and gave great specific support and adjustments. The studio is easy to get to and there was plenty of parking directly around the building. As for the class itself, it is definitely challenging but very accessible for most people. I went into the class already super sore from a workout the day prior AND I’m an absolute beginner at barre, and I still feel like I was able to keep up! Modifications were extremely helpful and they were offered without judgment.

visa alla recensionerThe teacher was great, upbeat and the music energetic. My only issue is that I do cycling class as my intense cardio workout in morning before heading to intense gym/ boxing/ HIIT sessions and I am used to very intense spinning classes where you are being told to raise your resistance a lot, where you push until you feel you are going to die, where you get so hot you finish all your water and are soaked from head to toe. I was expecting very intense training and it was more like a “light cardio/ low intensity” (but with high lovely happy energy) and tons and tons of arm choreography. I felt that was a great distraction from focusing on intense leg/ cardio/ resistance workout… I asked if there were different styles of classes (hills/ cardio/ choreography/ resistance…) they told me all their classes are like that, and thats okay. Its just not what i am looking for, personally.the studio was very welcoming and the teacher was great, very good at what she does and seemed lovely. I just need more intense, hard exercise. 🫶

visa alla recensionerI took my first cycling class ever at RideTribe and it was an incredible experience. Big shout out to Ben C. for getting me set up and comfortable right from the start. He made sure I knew what to expect and checked in throughout the class. What stood out most was how engaged he was. Ben gave several shoutouts during the ride, recognizing effort and keeping everyone motivated. It showed he truly cares about every rider, not just members. The music selection was on point with a great mix of genres that kept the energy high and the class fun. Ben knew several riders by name and somehow managed to ride, stay on beat, coach, and encourage all at once. That takes skill and passion. Hats off to him. RideTribe delivered a top-notch first experience. I will be back—and I mean it.

visa alla recensionerThey were so so sweet and made sure I understood the ropes heading into my first class. The class itself was the perfect length. The music was fun and the difficulty varied. I will say, the uphill pieces did last a little too long for my legs to handle but she always gave variety, especially near the end for those who had to stay seated, which I really appreciated. The instructor even took the time after class to catch up with the riders and talk like we were all old friends. Despite it being my first class, she and other riders also engaged with me. It felt not only rewarding to be a part of the class, but fulfilling. I will definitely be back for the 30 minute classes. Thank you Cycle Bar- Austin Landing! 🥰

visa alla recensionerKatrina was great! I did the Tough HIIT Out class on Saturday at 9am and she was a great, intense, and engaged instructor. Also, the class was as easy or difficult as you choose because you can choose to use heavier weights or lighter weights, or even faster/slower modified movements. I liked it and am considering getting a crunch membership!
