visa alla recensionerClass was DOPE!!!! This was my first time at Pulmo, but not doing CrossFit. I must say, the attention and care that they give their athletes are TOP NOTCH. Tee was my instructor and she makes sure you get the lift properly and not put too much of a strain on your body. Maurice is motivating!!!! When you wanna quit, he won’t let you. It’s not allowed. The energy was great. I highly recommend!
