I don’t recommend Barry’s to any beginners tho as the class is extremely fast paced. As someone who is experienced, I, myself was confused at times when first starting. Although I rate this class 5 stars bc I do absolutely love the concept of Barry’s, I rate the overall atmosphere of the studio a 3/5. The clientele and staff are not very friendly at times and the demeanor of others can really kill your vibe.

It wasn’t just running or repetitive movements but a blend of functional exercises like SkiErg, battle ropes, rowing, and other dynamic movements that kept it exciting and effective. I love it here!
