visa alla recensionerExcellent! This was my first time going to an F45. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive. The trainer was helpful throughout the workout and talked to me afterwards to tell me about the other classes they have. I'm definitely signing up for more classes! Also, the playlist was superb!
