visa alla recensionerMonica is such a kind and fun instructor. She encouraged and hyped me up as well as she understood my limits and boundaries when I didn’t think I could do a movement. I started the class thinking that had been a bad idea and at the end I was so happy I tried it. Can’t wait to do it again! *be aware it’s street parking in a very busy area so give yourself extra time for that.

visa alla recensionerI don’t know her name, that’s my fault, but the lymphatic drainage massage she offers is so good. She starts out with asking you if you have any issues in your body and she will focus on that. For me we only did 30 minutes so she only focused on upper body mainly stomach. This is not a regular massage, it’s great for helping release toxins that your body holds, helping with bloating, and other systemic issues you may have. Loved it will come again, probably without class pass because I hate class pass, I just had credits to burn and I’m glad I took a chance with Herbox Spa.
