After running around in the rain, wind, and ocean at LaniKai Beach, I felt truly supported, safe and seen to be in my authentic expression of yoga and gratitude! I was extra grateful I did a BIJ mantra for Ganesha before class this morning, and Ganesha held the door open even though I was 2 minutes late. Super rare for a yoga studio to be this kind and open, so I’m really glad for the opportunity to come here and fully enjoy class!

I started the class thinking that had been a bad idea and at the end I was so happy I tried it. Can’t wait to do it again! *be aware it’s street parking in a very busy area so give yourself extra time for that.

The instructor enhanced the class by playing ambient music, helping deepen our stretches and giving thoughtful reminders to stay focused on our intention. Highly recommend!
