I came in with very dry skin and hormonal acne, and after the facial my skin felt deeply hydrated and had a healthy glow. The extractions were amazing—she cleared up so much congestion, especially on my nose. Lily explained every step of the process, really listened to my skin concerns, and helped me plan a skincare routine with product recommendations that made sense for my skin. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend her!
