visa alla recensioneri wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

It was definitely challenging but in the best way because I felt so good afterward! I also loved how cute and clean the studio was. I can’t wait to go back!

visa alla recensionerFun class, I just wish it was at least a full hour. All the other dance classes I take that have a choreography component are 60-90 minutes. We could have learned more of this dance routine if the class wasn’t cut short at 50 minutes. Besides that, my only feedback is the music doesn’t need to be so loud. I’d rather be able to still hear my instructor while the music is playing. I’ll definitely be coming again. Parking at Ralph’s and doing some shopping right after class was convenient.

She was incredibly professional, attentive, and really took the time to focus on the areas where I was holding the most tension. Her pressure was perfect, and I left feeling so much more relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely better than when I walked in. Carmen has such a calming energy and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. The entire experience felt therapeutic while still being relaxing and luxurious.
