visa alla recensionerI loved my experience at this studio. As soon as I walked in, the instructor (Colin), introduced himself, asked my name and made me feel welcome. He also seemed to know the name of everyone in class, and we often would hear him cheering us on individually. The class was challenging, yet doable, and the vibe was great!

Something about her energy and vibe is amazing and the way she talks during class is the perfect combo of instruction and recognition. Many teachers I feel struggle w/the audio to music ratio, not Chelle. Plus she has a great playlist. Love her and will continue to come back and recommend her!

visa alla recensionerThis is a good class, but as someone that just started to get in my workout era it’s not beginner level. The instructor was good and motivated to work harder but does not help with posture or corrects you. I’ve taken other classes and they do take time to go over and help you with posture and all that good stuff. I will go back but once I have all my proper training 🙂 overall I had a great time!

And I always appreciate the workout planned in a way that the stretches are during the time, not after. Mobility is just as important as squats!

This is nice because you’re engaged. The other half you’re given a set time to complete workouts but still at your strength and repetitions. The instructors come around to encourage and model with explanations. You’ll end up sweaty by the end of the workout.

From the dynamic warm up, to stability training, strength, endurance, power, and a good push from someone who’s been in your shoes. She is tough, but in the BEST way possible. She leaves you feeling incredible and accomplished. And the vibes at the studio are always positive. This studio truly has a sense of community.
