visa alla recensionerGood workout it’s a set of 3 that you repeat and then switch sides, not very heavy lifting the highest weight in your station is 25lbs. There is no water. If you need to get more water there is no water fountain only bottled water to purchase. The racks next to your station you can’t just easily pull out the dumbbells. It’s not the right sizing it’s just too tight so you have to manipulate it up and down to get it on there. It’s a small efficiency thing but it doesn’t let you easily grab or put back a weight.

Plenty of space to work with and equipment is in excellent condition. Front desk staff (Giselle and coworkers) are professional and courteous. Will definitely return!
