visa alla recensionerNatali’s barre classes, especially Level 3, are some of the best classes I’ve ever taken. They’re the perfect combination of a challenging workout, true barre-style combinations, and a nervous system cool down at the end. If you have previous experience with barre, I highly recommend trying this class, there’s no need to be intimidated by the Level 3 label even though the class is still challenging. Natali also genuinely pays attention to your form and makes sure you’re working the right muscles without putting unnecessary strain on the wrong areas. I always leave feeling strong, calm, and completely reset.

Yoga Nordic earns the layering. A thoughtful fit-out within a busy commercial complex: industrial-tuned ceiling — exposed HVAC, suspended acoustic clouds — softened by carved Indian doors, climbing greenery, clerestory glass, and a substantial bronze gong. Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist. I usually practice unheated; the crossover was worth it. Booked at 9 ClassPass credits with a €3 mat rental — fair value for the format and duration.
