visa alla recensionerI will absolutely be back for the strength class! Heidi was super supportive and guided great. I had ACL surgery Oct 2023 so this was a nice pump to get that motivation to keep going! You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!

visa alla recensionerKirsten was so friendly and welcoming! This class was perfect for all ages & levels of fitness. I’d never taken a yoga class before, but once we settled in it wasn’t too intimidating. I expected a physical benefit, but I was surprised by how calm this class made me feel. This is great if you’re looking for stress relief & self love.
