visa alla recensionerI haven't been to a crossfit class in almost a year. I love this gym! I felt encouraged, not pressured. I felt supported, not alienated, even though the other attendees knew each other. The coach and owner Allen is amazing. He saw my potential and my struggles and guided me throughout the class from warm-up to the let set. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend!
