Felt like I could work hard but still focus on form. Really good stretches at the end to. This turned my morning around and I left feeling so happy 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

However, as much as I was worrying I’d be the person that got 0 on the body scan due to errors and reminded myself to double-check before I leave—trying out other machines got me forgotten, and indeed mine was the one with all the 0 🥲.
