It was my first time, but he provided a welcoming environment and personalized attention to make sure I felt comfortable with the exercises. The vibe and location are great. The class itself can accommodate any fitness level, and the other class members (several of whom appear to be regulars) are friendly. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Mia is very kind and has a beautiful location. I loved that she had one of my favorite verses Jeremiah 29:11 posted “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. visa alla recensionerI came to Alysha twice in one week if that tells you anything about how incredible her services are! 😆✨ I tried a new exercise class and it left me pretty banged up so I am grateful Alysha had same day availability. The massage released physical and emotional tension beyond what I already was aware of on the surface. Half way through my massage I felt like a different person. It even triggered my sinuses lol 😂 so I feel like it was a full body release. The body holds onto a lot of stuff so it’s amazing to see the healing powers at work. Extremely grateful to Alysha for another wonderful experience. Highly recommend this massage and the CBD one and I will be trying out the other massage she offers with the scalp massage on my next visit! 100/10
