I shared with her that after my first class I experienced a lot of neck and back pain (likely due to me being new to this style of Classical Pilates) so she was very kind and helped me focus on building my foundation first. She lovingly helped me make adjustments and customizations to have an injury free workout without disrupting the flow of practice for my two more advanced fellow classmates. I think this speaks to her ability to help Pilates enthusiasts of all levels. I’ll be booking again this week if it’s available!
