visa alla recensionerAmanda was amazing! I believe this was the best Pilates class I have ever taken. I appreciated the opportunity to have a private Pilates class experience. I have been wanting to have one since my recent injury. There were 3 of us in the class. The other two participants were veterans and regular attendees of this specific class so that made me excited because I like to stay in beginner friendly classes to focus on perfecting my form. Amanda was very familiar with my surgery that required me to make customizations. This class was very hands on in the perfect way. Amanda was great at demonstrating the moves and correcting our form. The class is beginner friendly as well as veteran friendly. It is the perfect balance of strength and a great stretch. I was previously commuting 3 hours to other Pilates classes, but I’m grateful to have a local option and will wholeheartedly be adding this to my consistent wellness routine.
