visa alla recensionerThis class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

visa alla recensionerEvery time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

visa alla recensionerI usually do barre or pilates so I was nervous about keeping up but it was a really great class with a bit of cardio and weights. Nicole corrected my form a few times with each station and let me know when I was doing better which was super helpful! Definitely challenging but not exhausting, I liked it!
