However, I will say that this time around one of the instructors appeared to be socializing more with a friend in the class rather than helping instruct the class.. which was disappointing. I have never had a problem before and I would highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerI have been to many of Emily’s classes and usually they always leave me feeling like I just worked out muscles I didn’t know existed! This class however took that to the next level to the point where the moves felt slightly awkward and there wasn’t great flow. I’m not sure if she was trying out a new sequence/playlist but even as someone who is an “intermediate” Pilates girl this class left me confused. That being said she’s a great instructor and is always there to make sure you’re doing the moves correctly- no matter how confusing they are!
