Cara’s classes are a mix and focus on a whole body workout which I love. She knows how protective I am of my neck after a precious surfing injury and gives me adaptations. I love her classes so much ❤️

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start their Reformer Pilates journey. Kirsteen was so lovely and friendly, explained everything very clearly, and made sure everything was easy to follow. The class was a lot of fun, but also quite relaxing, with just the right amount of challenge to keep you engaged. I really enjoyed it and had such a great experience!
