Creative exercise choices where I could feel every muscle that was being worked while keeping the energy high with perfect timing cues. She had an uplifting and fun playlist and she made sure to walk around & make hands on adjustments to ensure everyone’s form was on point! Will be attending again!

visa alla recensionerFun, advanced class! Offering some friendly feedback geared toward inclusivity. I’d recommend that the studio put “advanced” in the name of the class or for more action cues to be offered the first time we see each pose to allow new students to get familiar with them. There were three people in the class who had never done yoga before and they were struggling to keep up. It was even challenging for me in a few sections and I’ve completed yoga teacher training and have been practicing for a while. But, that’s why I chose to come back to Brooklyn’s class. Because she offers challenging sequences that helps me grow in my practice. Overall, the sequence felt intentionally put together and flowed well.

visa alla recensionerAmber’s chillness is worth it all on its own. I’m a larger man with some past injuries and the class isn’t always as “doable” as I’d like, but that’s a me thing. Out of all the yin and candlelight style classes I signed up for up for here on class pass. She stands out with the time she gives you in between positions and I love that. I’m usually the last to get into position fully and the last to get out. Her flow and cadence is very manageable and supportive.

visa alla recensionerSuch a fun class but there is a learning curve to it! Also it’s a lot of cardio if you weren’t already expecting that! This class really humbled me. It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! Definitely recommend if you’re up for something different!
