visa alla recensionerdo remember to wear leggings to reduce friction burns! class was challenging for a beginner who has never touched the hoop before. the moves were rather complex as there were many steps in one sequence. whilst the instructor did come around to help and offer guidance, due to the large class size there would be idle time which is not the most effective.

She even helped us take photos during the aerial poses, which was a really nice touch. The class size was small, so it felt very comfortable and beginner-friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for beginners!
