Agnes is very welcoming and always offers adjustments to the positions depending on your level. Her class is suitable for beginners and more advanced yoga practitioners.

She explains her classes really well, making it accessible for any level. Yesterday she announced that they will cancel her class and replace it with some hot class which is SO sad, because i only came to this studio for her :(

visa alla recensionerIch bin wirklich begeistert von der Erfahrung! Die Instruktorin Pippa hat einen fantastischen Job gemacht. Sie war äußerst aufmerksam und hat sich sowohl um die Neulinge als auch um die erfahrenen Teilnehmer gekümmert. Trotzdem hat sie niemanden vernachlässigt und dafür gesorgt, dass jeder das Beste aus dem Workout herausholen konnte. Die Räumlichkeiten waren zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Gesamteindruck noch positiver gestaltet hat. Ich kann diesen Kurs nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es war ein anspruchsvolles und intensives Workout, das mich wirklich herausgefordert hat. Vielen Dank dafür!

One thing I didn’t enjoy is that there was a lot of loud chatting before class in the shala and also during class while Nicolai was explaining something- to the point where I was thinking that the students were actually being ignorant. It’s nice that the studio has a lively vibe but within the shala I would personally prefer it a tad quieter.

visa alla recensionerI loved this teacher’s personality, such a fun and uplifting man! Loved the Indian-style surprise dance sesh at the end of class. Only bit of feedback is that his direction was a bit fast, so when he counted the breathing it didn’t feel like a flow but more a superspeed breath, it also made it hard to flow into each pose. I also wasn’t super into the Justin Bieber soundscape for the warrior poses, but that’s subjective! Overall it was a really fun class and I’d definitely come back! Thank you!

Although the location is very beautiful and would make a great yoga studio, the gym next to the studio negatively affects the vibe. That’s why I am not sure whether 10 credits are worth for a one hour class. I might not return for this reason as I think it’s a lot given the location.
