She also checked in with me during the exercise to make sure it didn’t hurt my hand (as I had a minor injury with it). It was a challenging and sweaty session, and I felt very good after that.

His technique for releasing tight knots and deep tension in the back is unlike anything I’ve experienced — he works slowly and carefully, easing away stress and pain little by little. I’ve dealt with serious back pain for years and have had many massages, but this is by far the most effective treatment I’ve ever had.
