Strength TONE (EN)
visa alla recensionerWas a great class! I really loved how it had exercises combining upper and lower body. One very, very minor thing: I would have loved the instructor to tell us a bit more detailed in advance whether the exercise would include larger or smaller muscle groups, or both, sometimes it was a bit difficult to coordinate which weights to choose because some parts of the exercise where too light and some too heavy. But again, really just a minor suggestion.
